HOW WE DO IT

We monitor our service, as well as your satisfaction, by performing routine property walks, email follow up or phone conversations. You will never be left without our help, at any time of day or night!

5. Customer Satisfaction

Our chemicals have been green certified by the manufacturer for the lowest impact to both the indoor air quality and the environment.  We also offer deep disinfecting service using Electrostatic Sprayer with high grade disinfectant.

4. We are Green

We partner with leading janitorial suppliers, to furnish you with the best possible cleaning chemicals & supplies. We also provide an SDS folder on site, with the appropriate data on each chemical used in your service. Additionally, we contract with an outside safety consulting company, who perform safety audits and keep us updated on any new products and protocol.

Atlas Property Service staff are trained and educated on all facets of our services, including mixing and use of chemicals, equipment training, health & safety protocol, and above all, customer service!

2. Employee Training

Our team is equipped with the technology tools needed, in order to document and share information with each other immediately.  The internal process we’ve created, assures efficient customer service and follow up. Utilizing both inspection checklists and digital photos, data is stored digitally, allowing supervisors to instantly quality check completed tasks, as well as allowing all team members access to community histories.
